WOW! Please access the attached Executive Branch Reorganization Plan and read it. I just returned from attending the Consultation on Reorganization of the Dept. of Interior at Billings’, Montana. All of the Tribal Leaders from Montana/Wyoming Tribal Leaders Council were in attendance. Most of the Tribal Leaders expressed opposition to the Geographical realignment of the Bureau’s within In Interior to 13 Regions.
Then, after driving home to Rapid City from Billings tonight, I received the attached email of the Administrations Reorganization Plan of the Executive Branch of Government which makes drastic changes to Government as we know it. NOTE: the GPTCA will meet on July 9, 2018 at Mystic Lake prior to the Tribal Interior Budget Committee meeting starting on July 10, 2018. Some of the Tribal Leaders from Rocky Mountain Tribal Leaders Counsel will join the Tribal Leaders from the Great Plains. This Reorganization is going to take all of us coming together in Unity to determine what is best for our People, our Lands, our Water and Resources, our Program Services and out Tribal Governments. As, soon as the room arrangements are complete, I will send asap.
