HHS/CMS Proposed Rule on ACA Payment and Benefit Parameters

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule on the payment and benefit parameters for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) for 2020 today. CMS seeks comments on the following aspects of the ACA: risk adjustment, automatic re-enrollment, price transparency, and more.  (Please note, this rule is not officially published in the Federal Register due to the government shutdown.)

The deadline to submit comments is 5:00pm on February 19, 2019.
