Please join us for the second, and final documentary film viewing in this training series. Dawnland tells the story of the impacts of child removal on tribal nations, as well as reconciliation methods to repair tribal-state relationships toward improved outcomes within the spirit of ICWA. Featured in the film is Sandy WhiteHawk, Director of First Nations Repatriation Institute. This training includes a viewing of the documentary as well as a facilitated discussion with Sandy WhiteHawk and Dr. Priscilla Day. A certificate and CEU’s will be provided upon completion of the training session.
