On December 7, 2017, the Department of the Interior (DOI) issued its revised Dear Tribal Leader Letter (DTLL), along with its Consultation Draft of Land Acquisition Revisions.
Although the DTLL includes a copy of the Consultation Draft revisions, it explicitly states that DOI would like to consult on the 10 questions included in the DTLL instead of the Consultation Draft.
All consultations will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the following days at the following locations:
- Tuesday, January 16 – Sacramento, CA at the Sacramento Convention Center
- Thursday, January 18 – Prior Lake, MN at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel
- Tuesday, January 23 – Mashantucket, CT at the Foxwoods Resort Casino
- Thursday, January 25 – Portland, OR at the Doubletree by Hilton
- Tuesday, February 20 – Phoenix, AZ at the Heard Museum
- Thursday, February 22 – Miami, FL at the Miccosukee Resort & Casino
