This competition seeks to prioritize the investment of national service resources in: Healthy Futures: reducing or preventing prescription drug and opioid abuse; and Safer Communities: strengthening law enforcement and community relations.
ELIGIBILITY: Nonprofit organizations; institutions of higher education; States and local governments; and Indian Tribes. Organizations that propose to operate in only one state must apply through the Governor-appointed State or Territory Commissions.
MATCH: 24% for the first three-year funding period. Starting with year four, the match requirement gradually increases every year to 50% by year ten. Link to RFP:
